Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for both the Flight Deck and Cabin crew community
  • Responsible for maintaining and amending changes to the crew communities live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience within a fast paced operational environment
  • Experience of working with policy and or legislative agreements
  • A creative problem solver, able to consider alternatives and arrive at a logical decision
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service based role
  • Process and detail orientated with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong inter-personal and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic ambassador of change who makes suggestions for improvement
  • Experience of the Airline/Aviation industry or a keen interest in this would be highly regarded
