Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance and Estates to play a key role in the strategic development of the Academy. Reporting to the Principal & CEO and working closely with a progressive senior leadership team and the Board of Governors, the Director will be responsible for strategic financial planning and operational financial management across the Academy.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker and have strong strategic leadership and substantial financial acumen experience. Furthermore, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to navigate easily between strategic and operational levels and articulate financial insights effectively. Experience within the charity or education sector is beneficial as well as having an understanding of SORP and other voluntary sector legal requirements.
