Job Description

You’ll support our Finance Manager with the management accounts and all financial work streams across our site. Not only that we want you to build long-lasting relationships with our operational teams. Ideally, you’ll be part-qualified, and your studies will be under way! What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Produce management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheets and KPI reporting
  • Prepare and present data to the business and customer as required, focusing on the needs of the customer whilst building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Reconciliation of accounts to SAP on a weekly / monthly basis, including preparation of accruals / prepayments, raising requests for invoicing & the reporting of other KPI / statistical data
  • Manage the weekly cost reporting process, lead the review of costs with both internal and external customers
  • Complete the weekly flash reporting and monthly analysis for MK360

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Part qualified CIMA/ ACCA accountant- as above- we'll provide study support to help you progress
  • Previous experience in an operational warehousing/ logistics finance role is desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to challenge stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and SAP
