Job Description
This 12 month role is key to drive commercial insights by looking at our marketing levers, while coordinating with other team members on Price, Promotion and Loyalty levers.
Core Responsibilities
- Being an active member of our Retail Marketing Leadership Team, leading discussions on areas within your responsibility but also providing perspective and challenge across all aspects of the Retail Marketing business.
- Providing commercial and financial support to drive growth in a financially sustainable manner.
- Ensure good governance of marketing spend, working with the marketing teams on spend follow-up, month-end, planning, etc.
- Driving efficiency and effectiveness on Marketing spend through data, working closely with Business Intelligence, Digital Insights, Retail Marketing and other teams to unlock key insights.
- Influence and coordinate the commercial levers strategy (Promotion, Loyalty, and Marketing) within Retail Finance.
