Job Description
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all the administrative and financial processes at a local level and ensuring full legal compliance to support the Groups financial targets.
- Advise stakeholders on potential financial risks and opportunities
- Report on business plans and monthly forecasts
- Manage the invoicing process
- Manage departments and personnel costs and the relationship with external consultants; supervise the staff expense notes process
- Treasury: manage incomes and payments, banking reconciliation, home banking, relationship with financial institutions, cash management
- Credit management: supervise credit collection
- General accounting: manage income, chart of accounts, corporate compliance, account books and tax declarations
- Support the Head of Finance and the Operational Director to prepare the annual financial statements
- Lead a new team of 3, support their professional growth, workload, approve holiday
- Ensure accurate operation of financial procedures and secure financial management and regulatory requirements.
