Job Description
This role will need a commercially focused business partner to support on decision making around pricing, promotions & commercial contractual terms. This requires a variety of business partnering and P&L management and leadership skills in order to achieve commercial objectives, and requires working with, challenging and supporting a number of senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising the Head of Consumer Indirect on investment options to drive optimal commercial outcomes with Partners, ensuring all contracts and variations are commercially sound.
- Deliver on all requirements to drive excellent indirect forecasting and reporting outputs.
- Attend and support Quarter Business Review meetings (internal and with indirect partner).
- Understand channel profitability to advice on maximum return.
- Identify tactical and strategic indirect opportunities and threats, and clearly articulate options to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead the enhancement of all internal finance processes relating to indirect trading, such as tariff sign off, remuneration sign off, bonus sign off, overlay sign off etc.
- Manage & develop one graduate as they progress through their finance qualifications.
- Support on other projects within the Consumer Mobile Team, to support the overall delivery of the Mobile P&L.
