You will be responsible for the management of a commercial finance team and be a key member of the Operating Board.
You will be instrumental in the development of strategy, adding valuable input, challenge and direction.
Lead commercial role across division wide operational and strategic activities to ensure appropriate financial rigor and long-term return on investment focus.
Lead strategic programmes of work.
Using your leadership and experience you will enable the contribution of real and material value in the business with a commitment to initiate change from your own insights and lead from the front.
You will be instrumental in development of commercialization model of new products and services as they develop from concept to final proposition.
Play a lead role in any M&A activity being conducted which is a part of the strategic roadmap.
Management of the Commercial Finance Function with responsibility around commercial finance, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and business intelligence.
Promote excellence in wider finance activities across financial and statutory reporting, accounts receivable, payables, tax and treasury.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience in senior Finance roles

Excellent communication and influencing skills
Can demonstrate leadership outside of the Finance arena and be an effective number 2 to the Managing Director, creating a dynamic leadership team and being able to lead in their absence.
