Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of our client, who are a leading engineering and technology company, on a 20-month contract.
You will be:

• Working from 9am-5pm
• Paid 23.00 per hour
• Be responsible for the smooth running of the company's financial department.
• Overseeing the production of financial reports, controlling the company cash flow, and ensuring the accurate recordings of financial data
• Preparing budget and financial forecasts, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Be ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Technical Accounting skills under IFRS is fundamental
• SAP experience would be essential
• Possess strong knowledge and experience of Finance and Accounting
• A strong proficiency of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Be effective with their time management to meet and adhere to deadlines
• Be confident in their communication across all levels
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently as and when required
