Job Description

A specialist technology business with rapid growth both organically and by acquisition are currently seeking a qualified finance professional to join and lead the finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director your remit will include:-

• Preparation of Management Accounts, including analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Consolidation of Group Accounts
• KPI analysis and reporting to senior management
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Schedules
• Managing Month End & Period Closing to agreed schedules
• Work closely with auditors to ensure seamless year-end processes,
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for Group Companies 
• Variance analysis of financial reports

You will be an ambitious qualified accountant who has experience of accounts preparation and is looking for an opportunity to join a £100M T/O company with plans to expand threefold in the next three years.
