Job Description

You will support the financial planning activities of the Bank including budget, month end and long term planning processes. The Lead FP&A Analyst you will support our Strategic Business Partners by providing first class financial management and analysis services such as, operating financial planning models, preparing financial analysis and produce management reports. We will encourage you to innovate and to find new ways of working that enhance the quality and efficiency of what we do.
What would you be doing?

• Analyzing business performance optimization, including benchmarking financial performance, long term strategic planning and investment appraisal.
• Operating the financial planning model during the annual Budget and Long-term Plan processes.
• Reporting on actual performance against Budget and Plan; delivering regular performance updates to the CFO.
• Producing interim forecasts using the latest trading performance and outlook.
• Collaborating with Business Partners to produce reports and management information required by stakeholders.
• Providing insightful and commercial commentary on risks and opportunities
• Driving financial process efficiencies.
• Providing input into management reports, committee papers and investor presentations, as required.
• Contributing to the Bank’s strategic planning activities and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collating data required for quarterly submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Supporting external financial reporting processes and investor relations activities.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve our control environment.

• Produce high quality reports and management information packs, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Follow and apply IFRS accounting standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and take ownership of implementing improvements.
• Advisory approach to support and guide stakeholders on FP&A activities
