Job Description

You will leverage existing managerial experience and leadership skills to work alongside our modelling Partners/Directors to develop and grow a high performing team. Responsible for generating sales and leading the successful delivery of assignments. You will manage teams of company professionals on and off engagements, providing leadership and coaching to ensure excellent client delivery whilst enabling their future development.
The type of work includes:

  • Financial forecast and scenario modelling in Excel/VBA (including remediation, hedge accounting etc.)
  • Transaction modelling for Deals
  • Reviewing financial models for quality assurance sign-off
  • Using visualization and analytical software (Power BI, QlikView etc.) to drive insights from data to inform client decisions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Recognizes the importance of continuous self and team development and actively strives to achieve this.
  • Helps others to understand how their work contributes to the overall success of an engagement
  • Experience in leading the development of financial models in best practice
  • Previous experience in leading data analytics projects leveraging SQL, PowerBI, Qlikview etc.
  • Experience within a leadership role that involves managing projects, clients, and senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of business development and revenue generation
  • Experience in proposition development and taking ideas to market
  • Experience in performance management and developing & retaining talent
  • Excellent stakeholder managements skills and able to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products and key concepts
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts (likely to be ACA/ACA/CFA qualified)
