Job Description

You’ll engage all of our senior leadership across the group to understand and map them in detail, understanding existing and future workforce needs. You’ll then work to ensure we have robust plan in place to support our future workforce including looking at:

  • Understand existing technology strategy and develop workforce plans to support
  • Review & enhance existing recruitment methods
  • Look at attrition & retention
  • Consider leadership skills needed for the future
  • Learning & development opportunities
  • Identifying cultural issues we can improve upon
  • Support potential data career promotion paths
  • Internal up skilling

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Significant experience of strategic workforce planning covering as much of the topics we discuss above in this advert.
  • Knowledge specific to data and analytics, including a basic understanding of the role types which exist within this field such as Data Management, Analytics, and Data Science & Machine Learning.
  • Experience applying strategic workforce planning across a large and complex corporate organization.
  • Experience working at a senior management level, including being comfortable engaging a wide range of stakeholders at head of / director level.
