Job Description

A fast paced, rapid growth fintech organization is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team during a significant period of change. Managing a team of 4, this roles looks after the UK operations of the organization including month end close - management accounting a well as some financial accounting, fixed assets, payroll.

You will be tasked to identify issues with and implement significant improvement to the controls and processes across this area of finance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified accountant: ACA with audit training preferred
• Strong financial control background
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of implementing best practice
• Team management experience
• Experience of leading a team through change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced Excel
• Comfortable in a fast paced, chaotic working environment
• Hands-on, proactive approach
• Problem solving mentality
