Job Description
  • Responsible for the monthly Camden Direct closing process to ensure accurate P&L accounts are produced.
  • He/she is responsible for the financial integrity of the Direct Commercial P&L and should therefore ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards and relevant financial policies & procedures at all times.
  • Prepare monthly P&L visibility and analysis to the FP&A leadership and Camden Direct Sales Team.
  • This includes relevant gap analysis in order to proactively challenge the Camden Direct Sales team on their performance with the objective of maximizing volume growth and profitability for each account.
  • He/she is responsible for generating insightful performance analysis and sharing this with the account teams.
  • Lead the Commercial Budgeting and Strategic Cycle (10-year, 3-year and 1-year plan) together with the Camden Direct Team.
  • He/she should identify and quantify strategic pillars to drive sustainable and profitable growth for the channel
  • He/she is responsible for all ad-hoc Camden Direct specific financial modelling that is required to support long-term strategic plans.
  • He/she will closely collaborate with the Revenue Management team to implement Price Increases to customers as well as identifying margin pool initiatives and monitor the implementation of these initiatives.
  • As a member of the Camden Direct Management Team, he/she will lead or collaborate on several cross-functional projects that will generate value to the channel.
  • Supporting the Head of Commercial FP&A and the Business Cycle Manager on Monthly & Business Cycle activities 
  • In particular, he/she will support on key monthly Reporting activities such as volume updates, financial results and target tracking.
  • He/she will support in preparing presentations for senior stakeholders and support in key meetings to deliver business objectives.
  • He/she will support in preparation & consolidation of budgeting templates.
  • He/she will also drive continuous improvement projects across the team (digital transformation, knowledge sharing, root cause analysis, etc.) in order to drive change management within the team
