Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Chief Investment Officer with the provision and monitoring of Investment Governance. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with Co-Sec and other stakeholders to ensure that Quilter’s investment activities are represented appropriately at all required forums, committees, and boards. There will be a requirement to input into, and gather, key materials often of sensitive nature and discoverable to the regulator.
The role holder will work closely with investment professionals to demonstrate effective oversight is being undertaken from a regulatory and customer consideration.
The role holder will also support other key priorities across the team and the Quilter Investors business, including supporting reviews, information requests and notifications.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You could be exactly what this role needs. To succeed in this role, you will have experience of Investment process and procedures in line with an FCA regulated Financial Services environment. Ideally, you’ll hold a relevant professional qualification, or be able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience.

You'll be a clear communicator with a concise and well-presented written communication style and experience of delivering quality reporting to various forums.

You will ideally have experience of engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the business and have excellent attention to detail, enabling you to handle tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, to recognise and resolve errors.

You will be able to effectively balance priorities to meet agreed deadlines and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
