Job Description

You will be Leading the FP&A team to provide business partnering support to the Eaton Electric (Slough) and the sales team based in Ireland ; implementing a strong financial control environment, whilst providing timely and accurate financial information to key business stakeholders. Responsibility for the FP&A function coordinating & supplying business partnering support to company (Slough) and the sales team based in Ireland. But not limited to:

• Leading the month end close process for Ledger 4643 & 7811, delivering actual results on a monthly basis to Division as per timetable
• Effective co-ordination with the internal team to ensure all transferred tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Leading the projects sales and revenue recognition process
• Ownership of non balance sheet reconciliations for Ledger 4643 & 7811
• Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of statutory returns (Tax packs, VAT, EC sales, Intrastate and National Statistics)
• Leading internal/external audits
• Leading the annual physical inventory count process on sites
• Calculation and monitoring of quarterly/annual employee bonus scheme
• Point of contact for Irish sales team and involvement in related commercial projects where required
• Implementing a strong financial control environment within a multiple ledger business, whilst providing timely and accurate financial information to key business stakeholders
• Manage and motivate direct report(s) to deliver best in class processes in a changing and challenging environment
• Work proactively with senior personnel to highlight and evaluate potential opportunities for business / process improvements on a continual basis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passed Finalist ACCA, CIMA, CA or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
