We are looking for a Finance Professional who is able to take both a strategic and operational role, in driving and supporting change within the service as it faces significant change and challenge. This is an exciting unique role that covers both Adult and Children's Social Care, and Public Health. Providing a broad spectrum of experience. Fully qualified CCAB accountant.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be a Finance Professional, with demonstrable experience of leading a team to deliver in a Finance Business Partner model. Have an ability to review information, identify key insights and areas of strategic significance. Provide challenge and support to the operational business. These skills will be built on a foundation of solid knowledge of accounting principles, policies and practices including experience of leading monthly reporting cycles, building Business Plans and Budget and year end closure of accounts. Adept at stakeholder management you will be able to build strong constructive professional relationships based on trust and open communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
