Job Description
- Embeds Client billing/invoicing processes.
- Supports in the accounts payable area.
- Help define which processes sit with the shared finance team and those that sit with the finance team
- Reviews and prepare journals for operating cost accruals and revenue accruals.
- Completes month end processes in a timely manner.
- Support the month end group reporting
- Ensures accurate reporting Client revenues and costs.
- Continuously improves the processes as we mature and grow including into new territories
- Develop models and methods to build the business budgets and forecasts.
- Confidently work with Department owners to ensure all risks and opportunities are captured
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional. Keen to learn and to challenge for smarter ways of doing things; a team player proud of their work who wants to share it.
- Proven track record, with 4+ year’s related experience in ecommerce finance function within accounting function with international exposure.
- Wants to work in a startup, understands the need to roll up sleeves and provide leadership.
- Good analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong systems skills needed including Microsoft Excel.
- Communicative, happy to actively approach and interact and other internal and external stakeholders.
