Job Description

The role holder will deliver the monthly financial reporting process providing analysis, commentary and presentation material to senior Directors as well as reporting and consolidating our monthly results and providing analysis!!!

Key to this position is working with the financial control team to close the month end and with the broader FP&A teams to analyze variances against financial budget and reforecast.

The role includes reporting to various internal partners, including the Senior Leadership team, CFO/wider Exec and Shareholders!

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • A track record in a leadership position.
  • Experience of being able to step back and look at the big picture to identify unusual trends or areas of focus.
  • A background in delivering high quality, error-free information suitable for presentation to senior partners.
  • Demonstrate a history in prioritizing so the post holder can respond to short notice requests and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate attention to detail with strong analytical skills and experience of working within a Finance function.
  • An ability to influence and build relationships across divisions at different levels.
  • Experience of using excel, PowerPoint, and ideally some experience of SAP BPC, though not essential as training will be provided
