Job Description

The role will be responsible for managing the roll-out of the new system, being the central liaison between the various parties.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Project manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics – Business Central and oversee integration with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain a project plan for the implementation, ensuring targets and milestones are set and delivered upon.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including the IT vendor, IT and the senior management team.
  • Undertake testing of the new system, assessing design suitability, user acceptance, processes and controls.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrate complex project management experience, ideally with project management qualifications.
  • Have worked in a finance team, understanding intuitively what the struggles and needs of the team are.
  • Show an understanding of not-for-profit organizations and some of the specific challenges within the charity sector.
