Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional hands on number one in finance to take ownership of the day to financial reporting, control and management for their businesses. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Monthly management accounts production and development
*Budgets and forecasts
*Cash flow forecasting
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Business partnering and commercial support
*Transactional services
*Tax and some company secretarial duties

The successful candidate will clearly be a proven Finance Director with some experience working in a private equity backed business. You will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record in a hands on role. You will have experience and expertise in supporting business change, financial planning and performance and business partnering as well as the usual month to month reporting and controls.

Experience working in a technology sector business is also absolutely essential and it would be highly advantageous to have delivered at least one successful exit so far in your career.
