Job Description
We continue to pursue opportunities to grow our portfolio as we bid to finance and support new build fleets, with a strategic objective to invest £1bn into the UK rail industry over the coming years. Our investment team have considerable experience in raising finance to support the acquisition of new rolling stock. They are supported by a team of engineering and project management professionals that have a track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the valuation process, both semi-annual and annual, is carried out in line with the agreed timetable.
- Develop into the primary point of contact with responsibility to interact with the wider finance team and other departments to ensure all assumptions required for the valuation process are delivered on time.
- Maintain a dialogue with shareholders to manage the valuation process, timetable, Q&A, independent value calls and ways to optimize value.
- Assist the debt raising activity throughout the design, execution and implementation phase
