Job Description
The role will work with the finance teams, helping to develop and maintain first class finance function that is able to deliver accurate and timely finance and management information. The main objectives are to ensure timely and accurately group financial reporting, insightful analysis, timely and relevant management information, provide training to local markets in the areas of group reporting and management accounting.
What you'll be doing?
- Direct oversight of the group reporting of key EMEA markets
- Ensure integrity of financial reporting. Reviewing all cycles in the financial reporting calendar including, but not limited to, monthly actuals, forecasts, budgets, client profitability and corporate responsibility.
- Built in-depth knowledge of the markets including business issues and perform risk-based financial analysis.
- Build relationships with markets and be a reliable trusted partner.
- Liaise with the global finance team on technical queries and reporting matters.
- Play key role in training markets in group reporting as well as accounting standards.
- Supervise specific areas of the EMEA reporting and compliance process (around 50 offices). Become an expert and be the 'go to person' for these activities.
- Participate in the integration of new companies
- Produce management reports and presentations
- Support markets with their SOX compliance and ensure compliance at a regional level for your allocated markets.
