This long established corporate finance house has over the years completed transactions with and advised many of the North's most recognisable and respected businesses. Acting on both the buy-side and sell-side, corporate finance advice has been delivered on MBO's, MBI's, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and much more.
Their reputation is outstanding; to be considered your capabilities and background must match this. Therefore, you must be a qualified accountant, ACA or CA (ICAEW or ICAS) or ACCA, having qualified within professional practice and with recent professional practice experience, with an excellent academic background, drive, ambition and commercial nous. Corporate finance experience is not required, those from within audit would certainly be considered, but a desire to excel and build a career to a senior management or partnership position is.

Full training in corporate finance will be provided
