Setting up new users and running training sessions for new starters
Approving high value project
Setting up new project budgets
Providing backup project budget approval
Policing the use of the budgeting software to ensure best practice
Continuing to develop the project budgeting software for maximum efficiency across the business
Working with the operational teams to prepare and finalize quarterly project gross profit reconciliations, to include analyzing margins and reviewing project financial success.
To support with the implementation of all new internal systems, processes and controls
Policing data accuracy
Setting annual sales targets up within the system
Redesigning dashboards and reports
Integration with other internal systems
Participating in internal and external meetings as required
Ad hoc financial reporting/financial project reporting
Support with financial year end and audit
Make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and/or new ways of working smarter/more efficiently
