Job Description
- Managing the day to day operational elements of the project budgeting software
- Setting up new users and running training sessions for new starters
- Approving high value project
- Setting up new project budgets
- Providing backup project budget approval
- Policing the use of the budgeting software to ensure best practice
- Continuing to develop the project budgeting software for maximum efficiency across the business
- Working with the operational teams to prepare and finalize quarterly project gross profit reconciliations, to include analyzing margins and reviewing project financial success.
- To support with the implementation of all new internal systems, processes and controls
- Policing data accuracy
- Setting annual sales targets up within the system
- Redesigning dashboards and reports
- Integration with other internal systems
- Participating in internal and external meetings as required
- Ad hoc financial reporting/financial project reporting
- Support with financial year end and audit
- Make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and/or new ways of working smarter/more efficiently
