Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join their finance team, based in their West London Headquarters (2 days per week in the office). Internationally renowned for its services, this ambitious privately owned business has tripled in size over the past 5 years, the company has created this role at a pivotal time of growth.
You will support with overseeing the management accounts, month-end, AP, and AR. You will also be supervising 2 apprentices as well as driving process improvement across the finance function.
Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and develop the junior accountants within the finance team
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and associated analysis
• Management of the month-end processes
• Driving process improvement and implementing efficiencies within finance
• Supporting with the budgeting and forecasting
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the entire business
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable function

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have experience taking ownership of AP, AR, and the management accounts, ideally within a smaller, fast-paced business. You will be ready for your next step up to managing a small team and will thrive at driving process improvement within the business. Experience within a consumer-led environment as well as Netsuite knowledge is beneficial. You must be comfortable working autonomously, confident in challenging the status quo, and prepared to question overspends.
