Job Description
  • Management of individual portfolio to including planning, control and completion of audit schedules
  • Grow and develop a leading audit team, coaching and developing individuals through the business
  • Manage work in progress levels for portfolio ensuring accurate billing
  • Lead the client relationship areas and ensure client needs are met and exceeded at every possible turn
  • Highlight opportunities for new business and expansion of existing portfolio
  • Become an active member of the senior leadership team adding value across strategic and operational areas

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified Accountant having trained through and worked within the Audit function of an accountancy firm
  • Strong management experience (developing and maintaining a high caliber function)
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business to drive key initiatives
  • Evidenced client management and development skills
