Job Description
- Control of Purchase Ledger and outstanding balances
- Monthly monitoring of supplier statements
- Ensure the approval process for authorizing invoices is adhered to
- Ensure that all invoices have a correctly authorized Purchase Order in accordance with the purchasing procedure
- Daily journals of bank account transactions
- Bank account reconciliation
- Control Account reconciliation
- Updating monthly Cash Flow
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum three years accounts experience
- AAT studier
- Experience in a similar role
