Your new role
There is a hybrid nature to the role, with the opportunity to work at a high level with strong commercial opportunity and also see your value-add in a hands-on and tangible reporting capacity. This is replacing someone who has recently been promoted within the business. You will be reporting into both the Commercial Director and Head of FP&A, with good exposure to senior leadership and stakeholders. You will work in relation to a charismatic and visionary CFO, who has an ambitious hope for this hire, eager to develop this position as the company embarks in new projects. You will have a significant voice within the finance team and have ample opportunity to build rapport with the sales team and strong relationships with the operations and marketing teams also.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with commercial experience within a product related business and have a strong understanding of the challenges currently facing the retail industry. You will be an influential advisor who can develop and implement commercial strategic plans.
