Job Description

We are recruiting for a Senior Accountant / Finance Controller to join a well-established Executive Search company and be based London. This role will be a fast paced all round finance role managing the accounting and reporting for two entities in the UK and US, this role will be working in a small team and reporting directly to the CFO.

The duties will be:

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Review and produce accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, KPI and variance analysis
• Prepare and review budgets and forecasts Bank reconciliations
• Post accruals and prepayments
• Review and posting of inter-company transfers
• Act as a key contact for accountants with yearend process
• Deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Deal with general tax and VAT processes
• Review current systems and processes for improvements
• Manage business cash flow
• Oversee general bookkeeping

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Previous experience of working in a fast paced all round accounting role
• Experience within professional services industry would be beneficial
• Experience with using Netsuite
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical and data knowledge
