Job Description

This role based in Oxford (Hybrid - 2 days weekly in the office) is a permanent role that will suit ACCA/CIMA/ACA finalists or QBE candidates. You will take a key role within the finance function and report into the financial controller to support the daily management of the treasury function alongside providing support for statutory accounting.

This Financial Accountant role will involve:

• Managing a team of 3 direct reports
• Production of Tax and regulatory reports ensuring compliance with legislation (VAT and withholding taxes)
• Fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure reporting
• Delivery of budgets, forecasts and reforecasts
• Production of management accounts including commentary and variances
• Providing support for Statutory Accounts and Audit schedules

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful the ideal candidate will:

• Have prior experience around VAT and Tax reporting (desired)
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA studiers or QBE
