Job Description
They are looking to hire an individual that can make their mark on the current finance team and bring in new ideas to create systems and accounts that enable business growth. The finance manager will be reporting to the Director of the organization and will manage the existing 4 members of the current finance team.
What the role involves:
- Managing the existing finance team.
- Oversee payroll and management of monthly salaries.
- Manage and create budgets.
- Measure KPIs and business performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for external accountants.
- Provide business support and advice to stakeholders and business partners.
- Build upon existing finance team.
- Implement improvements upon systems and develop new strategies to enable business growth.
