Job Description
- Timely and accurate production of Annual Financial Statements, Regulatory reports and returns.
- Assist with quarterly reports to the board regulatory calculations related to requirements and maintenance of the UK’s financial statement software.
- This opportunity would suit a candidate with a good understanding of requirements, a keen eye for detail and who gains satisfaction from delivering accurate results in a fast paced environment
- Ensure conversion ledgers are up to date and real time
- Identify items required to be included in financial statements which may not be present in the ledger, eg timing
- Liaise with external auditors during the course of their annual audit, support the audit team and help manage queries
- Respond to other technical accounting queries and undertake ad-hoc investigations/analysis as and when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal person will have first-rate communication skills, ability to manage workload, calm under pressure, strong financial and analytical skills.
