Job Description
  • Support forecasting, closing and reporting process for Free Cash flow
  • Prepare detailed analysis and backups in preparation for financial reviews.
  • Develop strong understanding of monthly and quarterly activities and provide insights on trends and business performance by key drivers as needed: Billings, Collections, Disbursements, Purchases
  • Help drive process & reporting simplification and automation and support cash initiatives, and integrations projects.
  • Solicit feedback on planning and forecasting performance on a regular basis and streamline the forecasting process to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Provide financial analysis to evaluate cash performance and make recommendations per business needs
  • Support Cash Manager and Regional/Product Finance teams in ad-hoc data requests

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field
  • Solid finance related experience including forecasts & operating plans
  • Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Enjoys thriving in a fast-paced, highly visible, intellectually challenging environment
  • Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: SAP, OBIEE, Business Objects, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
  • Contributes to the success and foundations of a first-time public company
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge the status-quo.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
