We are a charity that supports disabled children and young people to help them live independent and fulfilling lives. We provide essential help to prepare them with life after school and to support their efforts in securing employment.
This is a great opportunity for an established Director of Finance or for a finance leadership professional (Assistant Director of Finance/ Head of Finance) looking to step up into their first Director role. The post-holder will have responsibility over several areas of the organization’s structure, including but not limited to finance, IT, strategy, and operations. Additionally, they will also deputies for the CEO in their absence and attend board meetings and present to the board of trustees.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Minimum 3 years' experience of finance and administration at a senior level
• Experience of strategic planning
• Broader experience of corporate services such as HR and IT
