Job Description
The successful candidate can be part qualified, qualified or QBE. This role would suit a hands-on accountant with a can-do attitude, happy to assist with transactional duties, as well as management accounts and month end. They offer a hybrid work pattern, with travel to London required 2 - 3 days per month.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in producing the monthly/quarterly and annually management reporting pack
- Ensuring all records and supporting documentation for financial transactions are compliant to legal requirements.
- Using Sage 50 to manage accurate and effective financial controls.
- Producing nominal variance analysis to budget (monthly).
- Reviewing all balance sheet reconciliations ensuring they are accurate.
- Preparation of UK and Irish VAT return.
- Assisting with Year End Audit along with supporting preparation of year end accounts.
- Monitoring and assisting 13 week cash flows and bank recs
- Maintenance of all bank transactions and weekly payment runs
- Maintenance of Sales and Purchase ledger operating credit control systems.
- Royalty Reporting both monthly and quarterly
