Job Description

This company needs a Financial Controller to come in and take complete ownership of the Finance Function.

Responsibilities:

• For all projects, producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and reporting pack
• Creating forecasts and cash management, particularly the Accounts Payable function and other funding requirements
• Reviewing of all tax returns and compliance, including VAT, CIS and corporation Tax
• Producing consolidations under FRS102 and translating statement to US GAAP for relevant group reports
• Preparation of statutory annual statements within deadlines
• Working regularly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) individual, with some post-qualified accounting experience
• Prior Real Estate knowledge is desirable
• Experience in accounting for development projects/commercial assets
• Technical understanding of FRS102 to report under relevant standards
• Strong Excel skills
