Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Month end & reporting - Responsible for reporting the financial position and performance of the business unit together with variance analysis and commentary
• Financial Planning - Management of the budget of £250m+ including cost and revenue forecasting activities
• Audit & Governance - Ensuring accounting policies and controls are maintained and followed
• Balance Sheet Management - Responsible for the end-to-end unit balance sheet
• Continuous Improvement - Identifying and leading improvements to financial processes, reports and management information through standardization, automation, and big data techniques
• Leadership - Lead team of 4

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Professional qualification: CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Technical experience: experience working within large, listed companies desirable
• Sector experience: experience within technology/media/telecommunications desirable but not essential
• Eye for detail: ability to identify key trends and analyze information
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence stakeholders within and across teams, driving accountability and ownership, to complete key objectives
