This is an exciting Finance and Office Manager role working for a charity committed to working with children with disabilities. The Finance and Office Manager will report to the CEO and work as part of wider managing team and will have two direct report who will cover finance and volunteer administration. The successful Finance and Office Manager is required to oversee the finance operations and transaction and deliver all financial reports whilst advising the CEO and Board on financial planning and company growth.

This is a suitable role for an experienced accountant who has worked in a smaller not for profit or education organization. The role will require managing lots of different things so applicants must have the ability to effectively manage their time and work under pressure, and prior experience in official office management is not required but experience and knowledge of financial reporting and planning. Candidates do not have to have relevant accounting qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA.
