Job Description

• My client would like the FP&A function to be run in a different way than it has been previously, so this opportunity will allow the successful applicant to put their own stamp on the way the team is set up and run 
• This is an exciting role for someone wanting to progress their career, take ownership of the the product and numbers, and for someone who enjoys building out networks with business units
• You will be responsible for designing and delivering the Board Packs for the Executive team and delivering presentations to the CFO
• You will be looking for someone who is open minded to driving improvement and innovation
• You will also be expected to focus on a number of projects relating to driving operational efficiencies, and using data to support business units to define how they do things
• You will also be responsible for heading up the budget rounds and overseeing the usual monthly cycle of reporting
• You will be pivotal in expanding and up-skilling the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Proven business partnering experience at C suite level
• Demonstrable experience preparing board packs and presenting to C suite
• Must be an experienced manager and leader of a team
• Extensive analytics experience is required
• Capex experience would be very helpful
• International experience would also come in handy
• This role more importantly, will require a self-starter
