Job Description
  • Add bills to Xero
  • Raise invoices
  • Reconcile ledgers to Cashflow and Debtors / Creditors spreadsheets.
  • Chase payment by email and phone pro-actively and record communications in Debtors spreadsheet.
  • General admin duties as requested
  • Cashflow reconciliation weekly
  • Expenses processing monthly
  • Payroll checking monthly
  • Processing payments to creditors weekly
  • Managing company spreadsheets (not complex)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with Xero system is highly preferred
  • Highly organized and a high level of attention to detail, with ability to priorities at short notice
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Able to deliver a quality service within required deadlines
  • Confidence in working independently remotely
  • A personable and warm attitude is essential to fit in with our company ethos!
