Job Description

You will be responsible for partnering at a Managing Director level ensuring the business receives best in class financial information.

• Being a strong finance business partner within the business.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information throughout the group.
• Be a key member of the FP&A team.
• Business partner with the operations team to provide analytical support to improve business efficiencies and profitability
• Prepare month-end board packs and regular contract/KPI reporting, ensuring that information and data produced by FP&A is transparent, accurate and fit-for-purpose
• Annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the needs of the business

• Demonstrable analytical and report development abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately
• Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure
• Proven ability to logically problem-solve
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
