Job Description
This leading professional services firm seeks an experienced Financial Controller to run, manage and motivate a small team of finance professionals. Reporting to the Partners, this role is seen as part of the firm’s management team, advising them on all accounting issues.
Duties will include the full financial management, budgetary control, finalization of management and financial accounts and supervising the office accounting function and staff. There will also be the need to manage the firm’s administration, including Professional Indemnity renewal. This is a key role within the firm as the Partners are focused on fee generation, your input will help shape the future of the firm.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be a qualified with a demonstrable back ground in running and managing a team. Ideally from a professional services firm, this role offers security and a diverse range of of tasks which will continue to challenge.
