Job Description

The Interim Head of Finance/ Finance Director is responsible for stabilizing, leading, and promoting better working practices in Finance. Archaic processes need optimizing and the business needs to provide effecting finance information for the integration of the business into Group.

Full UK Right to Work.
5 days per week required in the office.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Interim Head of Finance/ Finance Director needs to be fully qualified Accountant (ACCA,CIMA,ACA) with experience working in SME and transforming finance process and leading a team (4 )
• Experience in developing best practice with demonstrable experience is required.
• Ideally, knowledge of integration of a business into group/ M&A is useful.
