Job Description

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for business partnering with the Operations department to help senior management understand their business unit performance.
Working closely with budget holders and getting involved in month end (preparing and posting journals, month closes in 2 days), reviewing results, Prepare reports and reviewing with budget holders after month end to feed into quarterly forecasting.
The Finance Analyst has the opportunity to be proactive looking at improving processes and reporting.
The role is 3 days per week in the office (15 minutes from Oxford), 2 days per week working from home.

Full UK Right to work is required.

• Contracts available on a 6 month. 9 month or 12 month basis with possibility of the position becoming permanent if of interest.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant or Qualified by experience (QBE) with experience gained:

• Business Partnering
• Headcount tracking,
• month end close,
• Financial Analysis and reporting.
