Job Description

The overall purpose of this role is to lead and deliver business planning, financial reporting, treasury management and procurement. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team providing expert financial, tax, accounting, procurement, and commercial advice to the Board, Leadership Team, and budget holders.
• Developing and delivering plans that align with corporate objectives, comply with regulatory requirements, and are clearly communicated across the business.
• Contributing to corporate strategies, creating efficient operational/resource plans, and driving customer satisfaction as part of the Business Management Team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Professional qualification (CCAB or equivalent).
• Experience in a financial leadership role in a charitable, public sector or similar organization with regulatory requirements (preferably including housing sector financial management).
• Track record in digital and change leadership.
• Proven expertise managing teams, contracts, negotiation, and procurement.
