Job Description

This is an interim/temporary assignment for 3 or 4 months, paying circa £350-£500 per day dependent on level of relevant experience.

The Interim Tax Support will be tasked with supporting the finance team and Group Tax Accountant on the corporation tax return calculation for year end, working on ongoing IR35 assessments, and on any ad-hoc tax work or tax projects.

The company is looking for someone with UK corporation / direct tax experience. Specifically someone comfortable with taking ownership of year-end corporation tax compliance for a £100m turnover organization

This is a 3 or 4 month temporary assignment (inside IR35) and requires someone who can start at short notice - Ideally someone who can interview end of year and start very soon afterwards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ideally some experience in dealing with IR35 issues 
• Someone experienced / proficient with alphatax (preferably)
• Understand complex tax rules including mutuality, valuation of investment, etc. (preferably) 
• Ability to work independently and able to communicate effectively with third party advisors
• Tax compliance experience
