Works closely with multiple sales units, Group Risk Management and other key partners in identifying, structuring, analyzing, negotiating, documenting, delivering and monitoring credit solutions, often with significant complexity.
Works with company Enterprise Strategic and Ultra High NetWorth Clients to understand their lending, banking and general wealth management requirements.
Continuous focus on on-going process improvement to improve efficiencies and WMI ability to compete and win vs our competitors.
Implementation of streamlining, automate or otherwise improve existing processes and practices.
Particular focus on speed and quality of decision making in credit underwriting process.
Actively participates in and contributes to strategy development. Works with leadership across WMI Credit Team and with Global Products and Strategy team to contribute to the growth/development of the credit book.
Ensures effective collaboration between teams including Investment Products, Group Risk Management and broader Credit teams locally and globally.
