Play a vital role in the Markets team leading the sourcing and origination of new institutional lending investments in the UK and European geographies
Cover the multiverse of institutional investors across all our funding channels, with particular focus on Banks
Initiate, cultivate and lead new strategic investor opportunities and drive them to completion of a Term Sheet for potential investments
Manage ongoing relationships with a variety of UK and European institutional investors, including Banks, Insurance Companies, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds
Work closely with internal stakeholders including the Commercial, Strategic Business Development, Risk & Analytics, Legal, Product, Operations and Communications teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced at a top tier investment bank, asset manager or hedge fund with experience in Fixed Income sales
Knowledgeable in Fixed Income markets together with a strong network of key banks and buy-side investors
Pro-active with a drive and determination to build a sales and investor brand strategy
Confident, highly presentable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of investors and stakeholders (ranging from C-suite and MD level through to mid-level execution teams)
Ambitious, dedicated and excited about working with highly motivated and smart individuals in an entrepreneurial environment
