Processing payroll and ensuring that it is processed in a timely manner
Respond to and resolve any payroll queries
Assist in payroll calculations and statutory deductions
Assist in tax calculations
Calculate any statutory payments
Work closely with clients and understanding their payroll requirements
Register any new PAYEs
General office responsibilities such as answering any incoming calls
Any other duties when required
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years payroll experience (including accountancy practice experience)
Strong experience using SAGE *essential
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to use own initiative
